Old Geezer's Day
Old Geezer's Day is a community event aimed at increasing fellowship, connection with each other, and fostering a connection with our past. Don't let the name fool you, all ages are welcome.
This quarter's event will include talks by Dr. Frank Snow on the Broxton Rocks and local history, a visit from a brigadier general, Wayne Cluff, Nathan McCloud about the Air National Guard, a special performance of a Jewish Messianic Dance and Shofar, and as always, a home cooked meal from the Newman Family.

Saturday, September 28, 2024. Event time is scheduled to start at 9:30 A.M., but in the words of the event organizer, Gary Newman, "Once you get above 70 you start lagging so it may be closer to 9:45 or 9:50 before we start."

The event is free, but a donations are encouraged for those joining in the community meal.
